When you browse the website

As with any website, the server hosting the pages receives technical connection data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. These logs are used to run the website and protect it.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of DAZZ SOLUTIONS in ensuring the operation and security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Host: OVH SAS. Connection logs are kept for one year, the period set by Decree No. 2021-1362 of October 20, 2021.

When you book an appointment

The booking buttons open a three-step window. It only exists if JavaScript is enabled.

• Your form: first name, last name, email, company and phone number. As soon as you click "Next", it is saved in our database, so that we can get back to you if you end up not choosing a time slot.
• The calendar: the website asks Cal.com for available time slots. This request sends your time zone and, like any connection, your IP address. It does not send your form.
• The booking: when you confirm a time slot, your name, email, company, phone number, time zone and language are sent to Cal.com, which records the appointment and sends you the confirmation by email.

Purpose: organizing the appointment, preparing the conversation and getting back to you if you do not book a time slot. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention period: three years after the last exchange, if no business relationship follows.

If the calendar does not load, a link lets you book directly on the Cal.com website: its own privacy rules then apply.

When you pre-register for a training course

After you explicitly submit the form, we record the chosen program, the profile, the individual or self-employed status, the contact's first name, last name, email and phone number, and, for an organization, its name and the expected number of participants. This information is kept in our database at OVH to process the request and prepare the interview. No health data should be entered. This request does not create a Cal.com booking and is not automatically sent to the CRM. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no contract follows, it is kept for three years after the request; you can exercise your rights at contact@kail.li.

Clients and trainees

When you become a client or a trainee, DAZZ SOLUTIONS processes the data needed for the training or the engagement: identity, job title, company, business contact details, attendance sheets, assessments, certificates, invoicing.

Legal bases: performance of the contract or of the training agreement (convention de formation), and the legal obligations applying to training providers and to accounting.

Cal.com is a company established in the United States: appointment data may be processed there. Applicable safeguards: Cal.com, Inc. states that it adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses where necessary.

No other transfer outside the European Union is planned.

Cookies and trackers

The website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, pixels or audience measurement tools. That is why no consent banner is displayed.

Requests to Cal.com are made without cookies. If you follow a link to another website, its own rules apply. If an audience measurement tool is ever added, this page will be updated before it goes live, with consent collected where required.

Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the following rights:

• access, rectification and erasure;
• restriction of processing and objection, in particular to direct marketing;
• portability of the data you have provided;
• instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

Write to contact@kail.li or to our registered office. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two months if the request is complex (Article 12 GDPR).

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, France's data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.

Security

The website runs no third-party scripts and enforces a strict content security policy. HTTPS encryption: [to be confirmed at deployment]. Internal access to data is limited to the people who need it.

This policy is updated when the website or our tools change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Information about the publisher and the host is in the legal notice.
