01The starting point

From AI awareness to real use

AI awareness training explains what generative AI is. Your teams are past that stage: they already use it. Useful training starts from what's holding them back.

  • Good practices stay in the heads of two or three people.
  • Answers are not reviewed the same way from one person to the next.
  • Nobody knows which data can go into the tool, because there is no AI usage policy.
  • The most time-consuming tasks are still done by hand.

The AI Act points the same way: since February 2, 2025, its Article 4 requires companies that use AI to build their teams' AI literacy. The omnibus regulation of July 2026 relaxed this requirement without removing it.

04How it works

How does a training course work?

Three stages, and a written record at the end.

  1. Before

    A 20-minute conversation, then we collect each participant's real tasks. If nobody knows what to launch, it's better to start with an assessment.

  2. During

    Everyone works on their own files, with their own tools. The rules are decided as a group.

  3. After

    You keep written workflows for each task and a written decision: what to roll out, what to fix, what to stop. Follow-up is available, with no obligation.

How much does AI training for a business cost?

At Kailli, from €1,400 excl. VAT per participant, for 3 days (21 hours). The price depends on the number of participants and tasks, and is set in writing after the pre-registration interview.

Can AI training be funded by an OPCO?

Full or partial funding can be explored with your OPCO, depending on your company, the available budget and the funder's prior approval. It is never guaranteed in advance. DAZZ SOLUTIONS is a training provider Qualiopi-certified for training activities.

Are your training courses eligible for CPF?

No. Our training courses are not eligible for CPF: they are purchased by the company, for its teams.

Do you need to have used AI before?

Yes, that's our audience: teams that already use it, without a shared method.

What's the difference between AI awareness and training?

AI awareness helps people understand what generative AI is, its uses and its risks. Training teaches people to carry out specific tasks with AI, using a shared method. Kailli does the latter.

Do you also train executives?

Yes. For leadership, the training focuses on decisions: which uses to roll out, which rules to set, how to measure what changes.

What does the company receive after the training?

Written workflows for each task, the usage rules decided during the training and a written decision on next steps. A certificate of completion states the hours actually attended; a skills review is provided separately.
