We test AI all day long. Your teams move up to the next level.

For SMEs, mid-sized companies and large groups that already use AI. The right models, the right tools, workflows built with your teams. We leave once they run without us.

Everyone has ChatGPT. Almost no one goes further.

AI is everywhere, and it stalls in the same places.

  • The tools

A single general-purpose assistant for every task.

  • The data

Documents copied and pasted by hand, for lack of proper access.

  • The work

Individual use, nothing connected to your business tools.

  • The rules

No one really knows what is allowed.

A year later, AI is everywhere. The work itself hasn't changed.

What will change for your teams.

Examples of the changes we aim for, to be defined with you based on your tasks.

Before The ChatGPT level

After The next level

Before 10am an assistant that doesn't know your business.

A tool tuned for your business After 10am every task has its own tool, tuned for your business.

Before 2pm you paste in an internal document and keep your fingers crossed.

Your documents stay protected After 2pm the tool accesses the authorized documents on its own, and nothing else.

Before 4pm you copy the AI's answer into your tools, by hand.

No more copy-pasting After 4pm the workflow runs inside your tools, you approve.

Before 6pm the demo went down well, and your week hasn't changed.

A self-sufficient team After 6pm the workflow runs without us, and your team knows how to evolve it.

We start from what your teams already do with AI, and take them further.

Three steps. Each one ends with a written deliverable.

There's a world of difference between using ChatGPT and running a team with AI.

  1. 01 The assessment

    What we do

We measure where your teams stand, task by task.

    What you get

A written status report, shared with leadership and the team:

    • what already works;
    • where AI can go further;
    • the risks to address first: data, quality, rules.
  2. 02 The rollout

    What we do

We choose models and tools, and build the workflows on your own files.

    What you get

    Written workflows for your tasks:

    • the right tool for each task;
    • what it sees, and what it never sees;
    • every answer checked.
  3. 03 The follow-up

    What we do

We adjust until the team can hold its own without us.

    What you get

At each checkpoint, a written decision:

    • what we keep doing;
    • what we fix;
    • what we set aside.

What a decision looks like

Illustrative example — fictional team

Decision after the assessment — customer service

We test first
Drafting replies to recurring complaints.
Why
A frequent task, already tried by two people on the team, on documents with no sensitive data.
We fix
The rule for using customer documents, which no one applied the same way.
We set aside
Drafting legal responses: too much risk for now.
Next checkpoint
In two weeks, with the team.

We don't tell everyone the same story.

An executive, a salesperson and a developer have completely different problems. In a mid-sized company or a large group, all three walk the same hallways.

  • Leadership teams

Know which of your projects still deserve your budget.

We lay out all your initiatives, run each one through the same criteria, and make the call with you.

    What comes out of it

    • We commit
    • We stop
    • We extend to other teams
  • Business teams

Test on your real files, not on textbook cases.

We take the week's work and redo it with AI, sitting right next to your teams.

    What comes out of it

    • An AI-assisted task
    • A business check
    • A way to handle exceptions
    • A documented practice
  • Technical teams

Move from individual tricks to a team method.

It's the one we apply to our own code.

    What comes out of it

    • Context management
    • Task breakdown
    • Assisted code review
    • Documentation
    • Testing strategies
    • Security
    • Production deployment

A model comes out on Tuesday. By Wednesday, we know what it's worth.

Every day, we look at what's coming out: models, tools, papers. Whatever looks serious, we test on our own files until we find where it breaks.

Very few of them change anything for a business. We find out which ones, so you don't have to.

What we do with a new release that holds up

  1. 01

    Observe

  2. 02

    Prove

  3. 03

    Compare

  4. 04

    Pass on

  5. 05

    Support

Three profiles. Not a single consultant.

We code, we train and we sell, every day, with AI in our hands. The first time a model did in thirty seconds what used to take us all day, we dropped everything to understand how, and we haven't stopped since.

    Rémi Carbonne

    Founder and CTO

He codes and he sells: the two jobs AI is rewriting right now. Might as well practice both every day.

  • Portrait of Morgan Godard

    Morgan Godard

PhD in data science and trainer

He knows why a model works, and he knows how to explain it to a room with no technical background.

We're not the right fit for everyone.

Call us if…

  • You have several AI projects underway and no way to compare them.
  • Your teams have had AI for a year, and nothing has changed.
  • You want workflows that run without an outside provider.
  • Your developers use AI, but not yet in the same way.
  • You want a method tested on real code, not slides.

Don't call us if…

  • You want an inspiring talk, and nothing afterward.
  • The tool has already been chosen and the question is closed.
  • You expect a quantified gain up front.
  • You haven't started with AI yet.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you start with consulting or with training?

With the problem. If no one knows what to launch or in what order, we start by taking a look. If leadership already knows where it's going but nothing is moving on the ground, we start with the teams. In practice, the two often follow one another.

Can you also build what you recommend?

Yes, when something really needs to be coded. It's a separate contract, billed separately: otherwise we'd have every incentive to recommend development to you, and our advice wouldn't be worth much.

What if we've already chosen our tools?

All the better, that's one less question. We look at what you have, tell you honestly what it's worth in your context, and work with it. We only recommend a change if the gap is truly significant.

How do you measure results?

It depends on the work in question: time spent, quality, volume processed, time to production. We set the metrics with you before we start. However, don't count on us to announce a universal percentage gain: that number doesn't exist.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

We deal with it at the start, not at the end. With you, we define which uses are allowed, which data can leave, in which tools and under whose responsibility, then we make these rules workable day to day. All of this with your IT department, CISO and compliance leads, starting from the policies already in place.

Do you also work with technical teams?

It's where we come from. Context, tests, code review, security, documentation, production deployment: we do AI-assisted development on our own code every day, and that's what we pass on.

Twenty minutes. And you'll know whether we can help.

No sales pitch. You tell us where you stand with AI, we tell you how far you can go.
