Claude Code training
Claude Code training. A team method, not just a tool.
Kailli's Claude Code training teaches a development team a shared method: a shared CLAUDE.md, versioned skills, permissions decided together, a review routine and tracked costs. 3 days (21 hours), in-house or in a multi-company session, on your own code.
No-commitment pre-registration: we check your needs and prerequisites, then send a written proposal before any final enrollment.

02Why as a team
Why train a team, not just individual developers.
Training a team on Claude Code means giving it shared rules. Without them, two developers move very fast and nobody knows what the agent is allowed to do.
Four gaps keep coming up:
-
Context
everyone writes their own CLAUDE.md, or none at all.
-
Access
nobody has decided what the agent can read, run or modify.
-
Review
generated code is reviewed like human code.
-
Cost
the token bill climbs without anyone noticing.
03Program
The Claude Code training program.
The Claude Code training follows six modules, applied to your code.
-
Module 1 · Setting up the tool: models, permissions, cost
- What the agent does: read, plan, modify, verify.
- Choosing the model for the task: Opus, Sonnet or Haiku.
- Allow, ask and deny permissions; token tracking.
Hands-on practice
install Claude Code on a repository.
-
Module 2 · Team context: CLAUDE.md and conventions
- What goes in the CLAUDE.md, and what doesn't.
- Conventions, test commands, known pitfalls.
- One context per repository, with an owner.
Hands-on practice
write the CLAUDE.md for one of your repositories.
-
Module 3 · Shared skills, hooks and subagents
- One skill per recurring task: migration, review, release.
- Hooks that block a risky action.
- Subagents for long tasks.
Hands-on practice
each pair builds a skill for the team.
-
Module 4 · MCP: connecting Claude Code to your tools
- The Model Context Protocol (MCP): tickets, documentation, database.
- What to connect, with read or write access.
- Why too many MCP servers degrade the answers.
Hands-on practice
connect one of the team's tools.
-
Module 5 · From ticket to pull request: plan, tests, review
- Plan mode: a plan before any change.
- Write tests before or alongside the code.
- Review generated code; hook up CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
Hands-on practice
handle a real ticket, from plan to pull request.
-
Module 6 · Security, data and the long run
- Secrets, proprietary code: deciding which data can go into an AI tool.
- Costly mistakes: vague instructions, sessions that run too long.
- The team rules sheet, to revisit in three months.
Hands-on practice
write the repository's security rules.
04Deliverables
What your team keeps at the end.
Five written deliverables, versioned in your code.
- A CLAUDE.md for at least one repository.
- Shared skills and commands.
- A written permissions policy.
- A review routine for generated code.
- A guide for onboarding newcomers.
05Claude Code or Cursor
Claude Code or Cursor: which one for a team?
Claude Code is an agent that works across the whole repository from the terminal; Cursor is a code editor with built-in AI. Many teams use both.
| Criterion | Claude Code | Cursor |
|---|---|---|
| Form | command-line agent | editor with a built-in assistant |
| Strength | long tasks across several files | help while you write, inside the editor |
| Models | Anthropic's Claude models | several providers, including Claude |
Team rules apply to both.

06Who it's for
Who is this Claude Code training for?
It is for development teams that want shared rules before rolling out Claude Code widely.
It's for you if
- your developers use AI, but each in their own way;
- you want written rules;
- you want to work on your code, not on a demo.
It's not for you if
- you're looking for a free introduction: the Anthropic Academy offers online courses;
- your teams don't code: see the Claude training for business teams.
07The trainers
Your trainers use it every day.
Here is who your trainers are: two practitioners who work with AI on real projects.
-
Rémi Carbonne
He codes with Claude Code every day, in production.
-
Morgan Godard
He knows why a model works, and he can explain it to a team.
Frequently asked questions about the Claude Code training.
What is the best Claude Code training?
On your own, the free Anthropic Academy courses are enough to get started. As a team, training on your own code produces shared rules and tools.

Yes: Git and the terminal are prerequisites. Teams that don't code take the Claude training for business teams.
Can the Claude Code training be funded through CPF or an OPCO?
Not through CPF: this training is not eligible for CPF (France's personal training account). DAZZ SOLUTIONS is Qualiopi-certified for training activities: full or partial funding can be explored with your OPCO, depending on your company, the available budget and the funder's prior approval.
How much does Claude Code training cost, and how long does it last?
From €1,400 excl. VAT per participant, for 3 days (21 hours). Price confirmed by quote before enrollment.
Where can I find free Claude Code training?
The Anthropic Academy offers free courses on Claude Code, a good start for an individual developer.
How do you secure Claude Code in a company?
By deciding before rolling it out: default permissions, secrets the agent never reads, tools it may connect to. These rules are written with your security team, in the repository's shared configuration.
